CLEANING
Do not use a different thermostat to make the appliance work.
☞
Wait for the lid (A) and for the plate (B) to cool down before
proceeding with cleaning.
• Dry cooking residues from the plate (B) with absorbent paper. The heating element
is integrated in the plate (B).
• To remove the lid (A) see page 91.
• The lid, the non-stick plate, the fat collection container, can be washed in hot water
and dishes detergent.
• Dry the components with a soft cloth.
Never pour cold water on the plate (B) when it is still hot to not
damage it and/or to not cause hot water splashes.

Never use strong and abrasive detergents, glass wool, steel
wools or abrasives sponges in order to not damage the non-stick
surface.
• The fat collection container can be washed in the dishwasher upper shelf.
• The cart, the shelves, etc.. can be cleaned with a soft cloth dampened by water.
Wait for the appliance to completely cool down before storing
it.
• Store the assembled appliance in a not heated environment, however, the thermo-
stat should be stored protected from moisture.
• Protect the appliance from dust and moisture with a towel if you’re not going to use
it for a long period of time.
