4.

Remove the two screws on the charging board (circled) and take it out.

5.

Remove the five screws (circled) from the rear housing.

6.

Open the rear housing.

7.

Close the rear housing, retighten the screws and re-install the lead-acid battery after finishing internal
connections

Note

: The screws should be tightened to 1 N•m (8-9 in-lb) torque.
