TROUBLESHOOTING
Range is very low,

1. Turn on the bike, disable auto shut-off in the display
then connect the bike to your charger for up to 36hours
2. Consult the Oh Wow Cycles HelpDesk
3. Contact customer support
1. Inflate tires to correct amount as printed on tire
2. Check brake adjustment to make sure pads are not
rubbing (turn each wheel off ground to see if there is
significant rubbing)
3. Charge battery for longer or perform battery cell
balance in the battery section
4. Take your VOLT to a bike shop to have it looked over
for any issues causing this feeling
5. Consult the Oh Wow Cycle Customer Support
6. Contact customer support
1. If the battery is brand new, charge the battery for up
to 4 hours past when charger turns green
2.Check voltage of charger to make sure it is putting
out the correct amount to charge the battery
3. Inspect the fuse on the battery, if it is damaged
replace it 4. Consult charging section
5. Consult the Oh Wow Cycles HelpDesk
6. Contact customer support
7. If out of warranty consult an eBike/battery shop for
diagnostic or replace battery
