Reason for
Visit
The improved Reason for Visit window contains the following new features:
•
Ability to view when the
Prior Records exist
check box is selected from the
ExamWRITER chart window.
•
Ability to view (but not record) the last exam dates of established patients in the
Last Exam Date
text box.
•
Ability to select the date of a new patient’s last eye exam in the
Last Eye Exam
drop-down menu.
•
Ability to select the date of the patient’s last physical (medical) exam in the
Last
physical exam
text box.
•
Ability to select multiple special needs in the
Special needs
text box.
To select multiple special needs, left-click in the
Special needs
text box and use
the left button on your mouse to select multiple special needs. After you have
selected all of the patient’s special needs, right-click to insert the needs into the
text box.
