Remove all parts from carton, separate by part numbers indicated on parts list, and verify part quantities.
STEP 1
Attach Plastic Brackets (6) to Base Frame (1) and secure Base Frame (1) to Seat Cushion (3) using two Metal Brackets (5) and four
Allen Bolts (8),
SEE DETAIL A.
FULLY TIGHTEN ALL SCREWS USING ALLEN WRENCH (9).
STEP 2
Slide Backrest (4) onto Base Frame (1) and secure using two Short Screws (7).
FULLY TIGHTEN ALL SHORT
SCREWS (7) USING PHILLIPS SCREWDRIVER (not provided).
Insert four Casters (2) into Base Frame (1), push hard until you
feel or hear the Caster (2) snap into place.
ATTENTION: MAKE SURE ALL SCREWS ARE FULLY TIGHTENED BEFORE USING CHAIR.
Phillips Screwdriver also needed for assembly
