Packaging, shipping and delivery
All the OFFCARR products are shipped in closed cardboard cases to protect them
from bumps and dust.
The package includes the Easybike configured according with the purchased order
form, this Instruction manual and a tool kit.
The Easybike must be transported by trucks that protect it from atmospheric agents,
as specified on the packaging box.
Upon receipt, check the box integrity and in case of damages please notify them
immediately on the waybill.
Open the package, remove the Easybike and check it from damaging. In case of
problems, note your remarks on the waybill and notify them immediately to the
forwarder.
Once these checks have been carried out, if the Easybike is not used immediately,
place it again in its packing and keep it in a dry place.
Do not place any objects over the Easybike packaging box.
