REASSEMBLING THE DRIVE HEAD MECHANISM
CAUTION
:
Move the lock switch into the locked position and remove the battery pack from tool before
disassembling/reassembling any parts.

Insert the transmission bar into
the hole of motor.
Slide the motor into the metal
housing so that the screw hole
in motor is exactly aligned with
the hole in the housing.
Screw in the 1.5mm bolt to
secure the motor in place.
The top of the bolt should be
flush with the exterior of the
housing. Do not overtighten,
otherwise tool may be
disabled or damaged.
Step 1.
Return the battery pack to the handle of the tool.
Refer to the markings on the handle and battery
pack for correct alignment.
Step 4.
Reassemble the drive head mechanism into the ratchet head, please refer to the operation on Page 11.
Step 3.
Screw the handle shell onto the tool body until it is tight.
The holes on the shell should be aligned with the
corresponding holes on the housing.
Slide the lock switch into the slot at the front.
Put the solid pin, spring and start button back.
Put the holding two-step pin and press top plate back.
Secure the assembly by screwing in the 2mm retaining
bolt. Do not overtighten, otherwise tool may be disabled
or damaged.
Put “POWER” poly sticker onto
the retaining bolt.
