Caution:
To print the test CD, go to the
menu [
4 Maintenance
], and select [
4.2
Print test
], the DigiMatic will print a CD
with values for X, Y, d, D, colors, and the
IP address.

The printing quality is mainly dependant on the quality of your printable media. For better results, we
recommend that you use “ODIXION Photo Label Media” and “ODIXION Inkjet Media”
(
www.odixion.com
) for their writing quality. The photo Label media also offer a photo printing quality as
well as water resistance.
The DigiMatic use a canon based engine technology allowing the use of standard cartridges :
Black cartridge: CANON BCI-3Ebk
Cyan cartridge:
CANON BCI-3EM
Blue cartridge:

Yellow cartridge:

If you have one of the following error numbers on the LCD:
o
1 to 50: Initializing error, software modules
Restart the DigiMatic or upgrade the software.
o
201 to 250 Printer error, the file sent to the printer could be corrupted, or is not valid :
Restart the DigiMatic.
o
301 to 350: Mechanical error, CD or DVD not taken, or dropped
Open the input and output stack, and check if there is a CD or DVD not
correctly inserted.
o
401 to 420, job error (zip error, CD format error, splitting error, writing error, disk not
blank) :
Check if your files are correct (bad MP3 files, …)
Check if the CD/DVD in the input stack are blank
Resend your jobs.
