strictions shall also comply with the following physical requirements:

1. Have good vision and the ability to read and understand this manual as

well as all safety and operational decals on the equipment.

2. Be capable of hearing, with or without a hearing aid, at a level needed to

safely operate this equipment.

3. A record of mental stability with no history of epileptic seizures, dizzi-

ness, or any other disability that may result in injury to himself or others.

If any of these requirements are not satisfied at any time, the person failing

to meet these requirements
