ASSEMBLY STEPS:

Step 4-2 (Handlebar Assembly):

Rotate the Locking Knob counter-

clockwise to the unlocked position with 

the Locking Knob Tab parallel to the 

Handlebar Mount Assembly.

Next, slide the Handlebar Assembly onto 

the Handlebar Mount Assembly. 

Next, rotate the Locking Knob clockwise 

to the locked position.

Lastly, reassemble the hardware from Step 

4-1 (Handlebar Mount Assembly) to the 

Handlebar Mount Assembly.
