The appliance may be used by children aged 8 and

mental capabilities or a lack of experience provided
that they are supervised or that they have been in-
structed on how to use the appliance safely and have
understood the possible risks. Children must not be
allowed to play with the appliance. Children must not

supply, it must be connected via a device with an iso-
lating distance of at least 3 mm to allow the appliance
