Applying Wavelength Correction
In rare cases in which there appears to be a wavelength or wavenumber error, perform
the wavelength/wavenumber correction. The software features two techniques for this
correction.
Applying self-correction:
1. Click on the Wavelength & Wavenumber Correction button to
open the wizard.
2. Select the Self-Correction radio button and click on the
Proceed>> button.
3. A window will pop up asking you to connect the light source to
the module. Connect a broadband NIR light source and click
OK .
4. Wait until the auto-correction is done. A window will pop up at
the end of the operation.
5. Click OK , then Close the wizard.
