Using Printer Management Utility

(Example) With Internet Explorer 6

Click [Tools] in the menu bar, and then click [Internet Options....].

Click the [Connections] tab.

Click the [LAN Settings] button.

Click the [Advanced] button in the “Proxy server” group box.

Type the IP address of the printer/scanner controller into the
“Exceptions” list box.

Using Printer Management Utility

Printer Management Utility is used in the same way that Internet Web
pages are viewed. Click Web page links to display those pages, or click
the [Back] (or [Forward]) button to display the previous (or next) page.

7.4

Logging Into Administrator Mode

By logging into Printer Management Utility in Administrator mode, printer/
scanner controller system settings can be specified or checked.

In the

Admin Password

box in the upper-left corner of the page, type

the administrator password.

Click the [Log-in] button to log into the Administrator mode.
