Environments for Transmitting Scan Data

The following types of environments are required in order to send scan data.

Tip

In order to use the Network Scan Kit or the Internet FAX & Network
Scan Kit, the Printer Controller and the Network Interface Card must
be installed.

All scanning operations can only be used in a TCP/IP network.
