Loading paper into the large capacity unit

Follow the procedure described below to load paper into the large capacity unit.

Load the paper into the tray.

–

Lift up the paper take-up roller, and then load the paper so that the surface to be printed on faces
downward.

–

Do not load so many pages that the top of the stack is higher than the

mark.

–

Up to 3,000 sheets of plain paper can be loaded. For details on the number of sheets of thick paper
that can be loaded, refer to chapter 6, “Copy paper/original documents”, of the User’s Guide [Copy
Operations].
