Environment and disposal

The OMC-045-II is manufactured in compliance with the RoHS directive (Reduction of Hazardous
Substances) EU directive 2002/95/EC, which means in popular terms that the product is “lead free”.

When the OMC-045-II is taken out of service, dispose the OMC-045-II in accordance to the local
regulations at the time the product is disposed.

Regulations for disposal of batteries may be different. Remove the batteries and dispose them in
accordance to the local regulations for batteries
