IMPORTANT!
The blade is very sharp and must be handled with care. Never take the lid off and detach the
blade before it has stopped completely!
How to use the whisk
The whisk is used only for whipping cream, egg whites, light dough such as pancake dough or cake
mixtures, or readymade dessert mixtures.
Attach the whisk to the whisk holder, then apply the whisk to the motor part until it slots into locked
position. Place the whisk in the bowl before the motor part is activated. Select the desired speed at the
variable speed button and push moment button I to activate the stick mixer. For highest speed select
moment button II.
Note: The whisk may only be used continuously for max. 2 minutes.
Remove the motor part from the whisk after use. Switch off the power and pull the plug from the power
socket. Then detach the holder from the whisk.
Cleaning and maintenance
Only wipe the motor part using a soft, slightly moist cloth or kitchen roll. The additional parts can be
cleaned in hot soapy water.
IMPORTANT!
motor part must never be rinsed under running water or be immersed into water or other
liquids. Consequently, the motor part is NOT dishwasher safe !
Please note: Container and bowl cannot be used in microwave ovens.
Safety instructions
1. Read the instruction manual carefully before use, and save it for future use.
2. Plug the appliance to household outlet of 230V only, and use the appliance only for the intended
use.
3. Always unplug the appliance from the mains supply when disorder is experienced, when not in use,

6. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Children are
not always able to understand potential risks. Teach children a responsible handling of electrical
appliances.
7. Check that the cord is not hanging over the edge of the table.
8. Do not place the appliance on or near hotplates, open fire or the like.
9. The appliance should only be used under supervision.
10. The appliance should only be used for preparation of food.
11. The appliance must not be used continuously without a break.
12. It is very important the appliance and the vessel carefully after use, since they both get into contact
with food.

The appliance should be handled with care, as the knife is very sharp! Do not touch the knife
while it is operating. Be careful that neither fingers nor utensils get into contact with the
knife! Always pull out the plug before cleaning the knife.
14. Pay special attention when the vessel contains hot liquids, as drops over the rim may occur.
15. This appliance is only intended to blend small portions.
