12. Note that the stick mixer may only be used
continuously for a maximum 20 seconds. Then
pause for 2 minutes so that the appliance can
cool down before starting again.
13. It is very important to clean the appliance and the
vessel carefully after use, since they both get into
contact with food.
14. The appliance should be handled with care, as
the knives are very sharp! Do not touch the knives
during use. Make sure that neither fingers nor
utensils come into contact with the knives! Always
pull out the plug before cleaning the knife.
15. Pay special attention when the vessel contains hot
liquids, as drops over the rim may occur.
16. This appliance is only intended to blend small
portions.
17. Always examine appliance, cord and plug for
damage before use. If the supply cord is damaged,
it must be replaced by the manufacturer, or his
service agent or a similarly qualified person in
order to avoid a hazard.
18. For additional protection the installation of
a residual current device (RCD) with a rated
residual operating current not exceeding 30 mA is
recommended. Ask your installer for advice.
19. The appliance is for domestic use only.
20. If the appliance is used for other purposes than
intended, or is it not handled in accordance with
the instruction manual, the full responsibility for
any consequences will rest with the user. Any
damages to the product or other things are not
covered by the warranty.
