10. The appliance comprises an overheating fuse. Overheating
can occur if the air inlet is covered or clogged. In case of
overheating, the hair dryer will disconnect automatically. In
such case, switch off the appliance and let it cool. The hair
dryer will be ready for use after a few minutes.
11. Never cover the air inlet during use and clean it at regular
intervals.
12. Always check the appliance, the cord and the switch after
use. If the cord has been damaged, it should be replaced by
the manufacturer, his service agent or an authorized person
in order to avoid a hazard.
13. The electrical installation must comply with the current
edition of the Danish declaration of high voltage current
concerning additional protection in the form of a residual
current device (RCD with a rated residual operating current
not exceeding 30 mA.) Check with your installer.
14. The appliance is for domestic use only.
15. If the appliance is used for other purposes than intended, or
is it not handled in accordance with the instruction manual,
the full responsibility for any consequences will rest with the
user. Any damages to the product or other things are not
covered by the warranty.
Before use
Before you use the hair dryer for the first time, read the instruction
manual carefully and save it for future use.
Use
Dry your hair with a towel and brush your hair thoroughly, so
that loose hair will be removed before you use the hair dryer.
Pull the cord by holding on to the switch and pull it downwards.
NOTE!
A red tape marking on the cord indicates that the cord
cannot be pulled further. We recommend, however, that you pull
the cord at least 2/3 (about 1.2 metres).
