OBH Nordica Milk frother
Before use
Before the appliance is used for the first time, read through the instruction manual carefully
and save it for future use.
Remove all packing material and wipe the inside of the jug and the lid with a damp cloth. The
whisk attachment can be removed from the whisk holder/heating component and washed in
warm water and some detergent.

Use
Place the contact base on a plain surface.
•
Connect the plug to an outlet.
•
Remove the lid from the jug by turning it anti clockwise.
•
If you want frothed milk you press the whisk attachment into the slots of the whisk
•
holder/heating component. If you want heated milk you use the whisk holder/heating
component only, without the whisk.
Fill the jug with cold fresh milk (before you place the jug on the contact base). Max level
•
is 250 ml if you use the heating component and 150 ml if you use the whisk attachment.
Never exceed the max levels. The minimum level is 75 ml for both whisk and heating
component.
Put the lid back and turn it clockwise. Check that the lid is locked and that the arrow on
•
the lid points towards the arrow on the handle, otherwise the appliance will not start.
Place the jug on the contact base.
Start by pressing the switch. The appliance automatically switches off when the milk is
•
warm.
Remove the lid by turning it anti clockwise when the appliance has shut off and pour the
•
milk in a mug.
Clean the jug, whisk attachment and the whisk holder/heating component as soon as
•
they cooled, see further instruction under “Cleaning and maintenance”.
Cleaning and maintenance
Always pull the plug before cleaning.
•
Let the appliance cool before cleaning.
