- Do not use the unit for any purpose other than measuring blood pressure.
- Always consult your doctor. Self-diagnosis of measurement results and self-treatment are dangerous.
- People with severe blood flow problems, or blood disorders, should consult a doctor before using the unit, as
cuff inflation can cause internal bleeding.
- Do not take any therapeutic measures on the basis of a self measurement. Never alter the dose of a medicine
prescribed by a doctor.
- Do not leave the unit unattended with infants or persons who cannot express their consent.
- Do not disassemble or attempt to repair.
- Protect the unit against moisture. If liquid does manage to penetrate into the unit, remove the batteries
immediately and do not continue to use this unit.
- If battery fluid gets in your eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of clean water. Consult a doctor immediately.
SAFETY & INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
- Use only the approved arm cuff for this unit. Use of other arm cuffs may result incorrect measurement results.
- Do not use a mobile phone or other devices that emit electromagnetic fields, near the unit. This may result
incorrect operation of the unit.
- Do not operate the unit in a moving vehicle (car, airplane).
- Do not take measurement after bathing, drinking alcohol, smoking, exercising or eating.
- Do not inflate the arm cuff when it is not wrapped around your arm.
- Do not leave the cuff wrapped on the arm if taking measurements during the night. This could result in injury.
- Do not apply strong shocks and vibrations to or drop the unit and arm cuff.
- Remove the batteries from the unit if not used for long time.
- Consult a doctor or a physician before using this product if you are/ have:
• Recovering from surgery
• Tumors, acute illnesses or aches
• Osteoporosis, dysesthesia, or anemia
• Diabetes, phlebitis, thrombosis
• Cardio and vascular diseases
• Individuals with pacemakers or other implanted electronic devices
• Under the effects of alcohol, sleeping pills or sedatives
• Arrhythmia or arteriosclerosis
• Pregnancy
• Older children
• Under the effects of alcohol, sleeping pills or sedatives.
- If you have any concerns regarding to your health, consult your doctor before using this product.
- Please stop using it immediately if you experience any pain or discomfort while using this product.
