LIMITED WARRANTY
Subject to the conditions and limitations described below, OASIS
®
warrants its Model 032725-005 Activated Carbon
Filtration Unit to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use within the operating specifications
listed below. For a period of five years from the date of purchase, OASIS
®
will repair or replace any part of the Filtration
System with the exception of the cartridge filters. The unit and/or parts under warranty will be repaired or replaced and
returned.
CONDITION OF WARRANTY
The above warranty shall not apply to any part of the OASIS
®
Activated Carbon Filtration Unit that is damaged because of
neglect, misuse, alteration, accident, misapplication, physical damage, fouling and/or scaling of the membrane by
minerals, bacterial attack, sediment or damage caused by fire, Act of God, freezing or hot water. If the unit is altered by
anyone other than OASIS
®
, the warranty is void.
OASIS
®
assumes no warranty liability in connection with this Activated Carbon Filtration system other than as specified
herein. OASIS
®
shall not be liable for consequential damages of any kind or nature due to the use of OASIS
®
products.
WARRANTY SERVICE
Warranty service will be provided by OASIS
®
under the following conditions:
Contact your local OASIS
®
Dealer who will obtain Return Authorization Instructions from OASIS
®.
Ship the unit or part freight prepaid to OASIS
®
for warranty evaluation or service. Unit must be returned in the original
carton or packaged to prevent possible damage. Systems or parts covered under the WARRANTY shall be repaired (or,
at our option replaced) and returned without charge.
