Establishing a WLAN connection and starting the app
The symbols used may differ slightly from the symbols on your smartphone/tablet.
How to proceed:
iOS Android
1. Open "Settings".
2. Select and activate WLAN/WiFi.
3. Select the desired network connection „Oase FM-Master <xxxxxx>“ from the network
list.
4. Enter the password and select "Connect".
– The connection to the FM-Master WLAN is established.
– If the connection is successful, "Connected" (Android) or a
9 (iOS) will appear un-
der the network name.
– Other WLAN connections are deactivated.
5. Start the Oase FM-Master app.
– The app automatically selects the language used by the operating system. If the
app does not support that language, it will use English.
App operating elements
Switching the sockets on and off
•
Touch the symbol to switch the socket on or off.
•
The symbol can be personalised with a photo. Touch the symbol for 2 seconds to ac-
tivate the camera function and take a photo.
Slider control for dimming
•
Touch the button of the slider control and move it to dim the connected unit.
•
This function is available for socket 4 and compatible OASE units.
•
This function is available for DMX/RDM connection and compatible OASE units.
Selecting the previous or next window
•
Touch the symbol to select a different window.
Home
•
For calling up the start page.
Timer
•
Timer for separately setting the switch-on and switch-off times for each socket.
My units
•
For adding and controlling remote control OASE units.
Settings
•
For displaying unit information.
•
For changing the network name (SSID) and password.
•
For carrying out firmware updates.
Status of the WLAN connection
•
ONLINE: Smartphone/tablet is connected to the FM-Master WLAN.
•
OFFLINE: Smartphone/tablet is not connected to the FM-Master WLAN.
