1. Folding the chair is basically the reverse of the set up.
2. Remove pad (if necessary), fold down backrest, turn chair over
Be sure the Velcro
®
straps are inside of the legs (Figure 14)
Unlock leg safety clamps, lift tube out of nest and fold
legs with two legs pointing one way and two legs pointing the
opposite way. Re-lock leg safety clamps. Wrap Velcro
®
leg strap around legs first then around the chair to
secure using Velcro
®
attachment. (Figure 15, 16 & 17)
CHAIR FOLDING
1. Attach chair carry shoulder strap to the two chair hooks
at the rear of the seat. (Figure 18)
2. Lift chair and place strap for most comfortable length.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
8. The seat belt strap is used to stabilize the person in the chair
during side-bending motions. A Velcro
®
system allows you to
adjust the fit for each client. (Figure 10)
9. Finger grips located under the seat are used to help the client
stabilize their trunk, or aid in rotation during various stretches
and movements. (Figure 11 & 12)
10. The horizontal bar is grasped by the client to help them stretch
forward. (Figure 13)

CLEAN
your upholstered items when needed using a mild
solution of 4:1 diluted non-alcohol cleaner such as Formula
409
®
, Fantastik
®
, or Green Windex
®
DISINFECT
your fabric with Protex, MadaCide,
MadaWipe, Accell TB, Virox
®
(Canada), or a diluted 1/10
bleach solution. Dry immediately after cleaning to remove
excess cleaning solution.
DO NOT
use citrus based cleaners or other strong cleaners,
such as alcohol, acetone, higher concentrations of bleach
or other products that contain high concentrations of these
substances.
DO NOT
expose the fabric to temperatures below 32°F/0°C
or above 95°F/35°C.
DO NOT
expose the fabric to direct sunlight, adhesives,
liquids, or abrasive materials.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW RECOMMENDATIONS WILL
VOID THE WARRANTY ON THE FABRIC.
