described in these instructions. Do not use any attachment or accessories
not recommended by the manufacturer.

To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electrical shock or injury: 

• Refer servicing to qualified personnel and follow manual instructions

when doing any authorized troubleshooting. Before doing any work on 
the unit, disconnect the battery from the table.

• Before moving the table, secure the hand control out of the way for 

moving.

• Use this furnishing only for its intended use as described in these 

instructions. Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.

• Never operate this table if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped or 

damaged. Return the table to a service center for examination and repair.

• Keep the hand control away from heated surfaces.

• Do not  use outdoors.

• Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where 

oxygen is being administered.

Risk of Injury — Keep children from moving upholstered top.

Never drop or  insert any object into any opening.
