Why is my clock/timer setting erased?

Check whether the backup
battery is used up or not
loaded.

Connect the device to mains
power, and then set the clock
and alarm again.

mains power. The backup
battery is only used for storage
of the set clock and alarm.
Why is my iPod/iPhone not charged after docking?

Check whether you have
connected the power cable
to both the device and wall
socket securely.

slided the Power on/off switch
on the back of the device to
the correct position.
Why is the FM radio reception so poor?

Fully extend the FM antenna
