No picture is coming
STB power may not be
connected
Try to connect the mains power
using the power adapter that
has come with the Set Top Box.
STB or power adapter may
be faulty
Please visit an authorised
service centre to get the
apparatus repaired.
Screen shows “No Signal”
Video RF cable may not be
connected properly
Connect the RF cable properly
at the back of the Set Top Box.
Settings may not be correct
Request authorised service
centre or your operator to check
your settings.
No sound coming from
speakers
Audio cable may be
missing or damaged
Connect or replace the HDMI
cable used to connect to the
apparatus.
Sound may be muted on
the Set Top Box or the
television
Check that the Set Top Box
audio is not muted.
Check that the television audio
is not muted.
Incorrect sound track is
audible
Using the remote control,
change the sound track to the
correct language.
Only audio available but
no video is visible
HDMI cable may be faulty
Replace the HDMI cable.
The channel may be a
radio channel, for which
there will be no video.
Press the “Radio channel” key
on the remote control
Remote control is not
working
Batteries may be
discharged
Replace batteries with new
ones.
Remote control may be too
far from the Set Top Box
Make sure that remote control is
pointing in the direction of the
front of the Set Top Box and
within 2 metre distance
Images are frozen on

This is likely to be caused
by a weak signal.
Check RF cables are not bent
or damaged.
Check RF cable is connected
properly into the connector.
