MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS

Lamps must be mounted at the following heights from the road:

REQUIRED TOOLS:

Center punch and hammer
Electric drill
13/32" = 1/8" drill bit
Screwdriver
Wire cutters/strippers and crimpers
Wrenches

BELOW BUMPER MOUNTING

1.  Before mounting lights below the bumper, remove lens and reflector. 
Replace them in the reverse position so that the ideal beam pattern will be 
maintained.

2.  Drill a 1/2" (13mm.) diameter hole through desired mounting position and 
install the lamp on the bumper, using the bolt/nut and lock washer provided 
with each lamp. Tighten the nut to retain aiming position depending on type of 
lamp. Make sure both lights are grounded.

KIT CONTAINS

A.  Lamp connect wire (Blue) - about 4 feet (120CM). 1pc.
B.  Main power wire (White) - about 12 feet (360cm) 1 pc.
C.  Power supply wire (Black) - about 8 feet (240cm) 1 pc.
D.  Illuminated rocker switch 1 pc.
E.  Assembled automotive lamps 2 pcs.
F.  Screws 2 pcs.
G.  Ground wire 1 foot (30cm)1 pc.

WIRING INSTRUCTIONS

1.  Disconnect car battery to avoid short  
 

circuits/electrical shock.

2.  Usethe wire provided as diagram 1):

3.  Connect the male terminal of one lamp to the “Y” connector of the main  
power wire (B). Conncet the male terminal of the second lamp to the female 
terminal of the lamp wire (A to the “Y” connector of main power wire (B).

4.  Mount switch provided under dash within easy reach of driver.

5.  The other end of the main power wire (B) should be led through the firewall 
using exisiting wire harness. Connect to switch terminal. Secure the wire along 
the way with tie-clips to prevent any movement of the wire or contact   
with high-tempeture engine parts.

6.  The power supply wire (C) with the 15-amp in-line safety fuse connects to 
the remaining switch terminal. The other end of the power supply wire (C) must 
be connected to either the car’s fuse box or the positive (+) terminal of 
the battery.

7.  Recconect car battery after confirming all the wiring is identical with the 
above diagram.

DRIVING LAMPS. 

Driving lamps shall be aimed with the center of the high instensity zone 
on a verticle line straight ahead of the lamp center and 2" (51mm) below 
the level of the lamp center at a distance of 25ft. (7.62m) from the lens 
as shown in figure 2 

FOG LAMPS.

Fog lamps shall be aimed with the center of the high intensity zone on the 
verticle line straight ahead of the lamp center and with with the top edge  of 
the beam 4" (102mm) below the level of the lamp senter at a diastance of 25ft 
(7.62m) from the lens as shown in figure 1.

WARNING!

Vehicles with front seat airbag restraint devices may have airbag senors 
embeded in the vehicles front bumper. Before beginging installation of 
this product on your vehicle, throughly check your vehicle’s owner manual 
for information regarding the location of airbag sensors on your vehicle. 
Disturbance of the fron bumper by drilling or other means could cause damage 
to an airbag sensor, or cause an airbag to inflate in the vehicle.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS PRODUCT IN OR ON THE FRONT BUMPER IF THE 
OWNER’S MANUAL INDICATES IT IS INADVISABLE!
