11. Hardware Warranty Service Statement
Should the product, in InnoVISION’s opinion malfunction within the warranty period,
InnoVISION will at its discretion repair or replace the product upon receipt with an
equivalent. Any replaced parts become the property of InnoVISION. This warranty does
not apply to the software component of a product or a product which has been damaged
due to accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation, usage not in accordance with
product specifications and instructions, natural or personal disaster, or unauthorized
alterations, repairs, or modifications.
12. Warranty service and limitations

For warranty service, please return the product to its original point of purchase.
Limitations

No warranties for this product, expressed or implied, shall extend to any person who
purchases the product in a used condition.

The liability of InnoVISION in respect of any defective product will be limited to the
repair or replacement of such product. InnoVISION may use new or equivalent-to-
new replacement parts. Defective product will be sent in for repair or replacement
only.

InnoVISION makes no other representations or warranties as to fitness for a
particular purpose, merchantability or otherwise in respect of the product. No other
representations, warranties or conditions, shall be implied by statute or otherwise.

In no event shall InnoVISION be responsible or liable for any damages, including but
not limited to the loss of revenue or profit, arising:

From the use of the products,

From the loss of use of the product, as a result of any event, circumstance, action
or abuse beyond the control of InnoVISION; whether such damages be direct,
indirect, consequential, special or otherwise and whether such damages are
incurred by the person to whom this warranty extends or a third party.
13. Software License Agreement
This Inno3D software, and the bundled software (the “Software”) is copyrighted by
InnoVISION Multimedia Limited and or third parties companies. All rights are reserved.
The purchaser is granted a license to use the software only, subject to the following
restrictions and limitations.
1. The license is for the original purchaser only, and is not transferable without written
permission of InnoVISION Multimedia Limited.
2. The original purchaser may use the software on a single computer owned or leased by
the original purchaser. You may not use the software on more than a single machine,
even if you won or lease more than one machine, without written consent InnoVISION
Multimedia Limited.
3. The original purchaser may make back-up copies of the software for his or her own use
only, subject to the use limitations of his license.
4. The original purchaser may not engage in, nor permit third parties to engage in, any of
the following:
