INTERACTIVE PROGRAM GUIDE

To lock a specific channel:

1. Press the

MENU

button to view the

MAIN MENU

2. Use the

ARROW

buttons to highlight

PARENTAL CONTROL

Press the

SELECT

button.

3. Use the

ARROW

buttons to highlight

PARENTAL CONTROL

LOCK

and press the

SELECT

button.

4. Enter your 4-digit Parental Control Number using the numeric

buttons on your remote.

5. Use the

ARROW

buttons to highlight

LOCK BY CHANNEL

and

press the

SELECT

button.

6. Use the

ARROW

buttons to highlight the channel you wish to

lock. Press the

SELECT

button. The padlock icon will now

appear next to that channel.

7. Repeat step 6 to lock additional channels.

To unlock a specific channel:

1. Press the

MENU

button to view the

MAIN MENU

2. Use the

ARROW

buttons to highlight

PARENTAL CONTROL

Press the

SELECT

button.

3. Use the

ARROW

buttons to highlight

PARENTAL CONTROL

LOCK

and press the

SELECT

button.

4. Enter your 4-digit Parental Control Number using the numeric

buttons on your remote.

5. Use the

ARROW

buttons to highlight

LOCK BY CHANNEL

and

press the

SELECT

button.

6. Use the

ARROW

buttons to highlight the channel you wish to

unlock. Press the

SELECT

button. The padlock icon will now

be removed.

7. Repeat step 6 to unlock additional channels.

You can also lock programs based on content or based

on the time they are on. Follow the steps above except

during step 5, select LOCK BY MOVIE RATINGS,

LOCK BY TV RATINGS, or LOCK BY TIME.

INTERACTIVE PROGRAM GUIDE

PROGRAM OVERVIEWS

With your Residential Gateway you can see exactly what you are
tuned into by reading on-screen program descriptions while
watching TV or when viewing the Interactive Program Guide.

To view a program overview while watching TV:

1. Press the

INFO

button on your remote control.

2. To clear the information, press

INFO

again.

To view a program overview from the Interactive Program
Guide:

1. Use the

ARROW

buttons to highlight the program.

2. Press the

INFO

button.

3. Press INFO again to clear the information screen and return
