4.6 DNR - Digital Noise Reduction (OFF, LOW, HIGH)
- The DNR improves picture
quality by filtering out signal noise associated with night-time recording. It compares pic-
tures from a frame with the one previous and removes noise grains not present before.
The factory default is set to ‘OFF.’

OFF:
The Digital Noise Reduction function is turned OFF.
•
LOW:
Select the LOW setting for light level of noise.
•
HIGH:
Select the HIGH setting for high level of noise.
4.7 DSS - Digital Slow Shutter (OFF, 1FLD

- This function is used
to automatically increase the light sensitivity by slowing down the effective shutter speed
allowing for increased exposure time.
The factory default is set to ‘OFF.’

OFF:
The Digital Slow Shutter function is turned OFF.
•
AUTO:
The Digital Slow Shutter function is tuned ON. In this mode, DSS levels can be
adjusted to user preference.
