OSD Menu Terms & Settings
•OPERATION: Select this function ON or OFF. The MD detects motion in area monitored
by the camera.
•DETECT AREA (Area Select): Specific areas of the frame can be selected or monitored
for movement. Please refer to the section on ‘BMB Menu Mode’ for similar programming
instructions.
Note:
For the MD selection, the blue grid consists of 64 squares and not 16.
•SENSITIVITY: The user can set the SENSITIVITY of the MOTION DETECTION to one of
three settings. (LOW a MID a HIGH)
•OUTPUT: Select between the MARK or ALARM option. When set to MARK, an icon will
be displayed when Motion Detection is triggered. In the ALARM option, camera will send
out a MD signal.
Note:
The EasyView™2 dome camera is not equipped with an MD output port.
Note:
The Motion detection will be disabled when DSS is ON.

5.1 MD SETUP - Motion Detection
The Special Setup is used to control the MOTION, PRIVACY MASK, DNR, SHARPNESS,
LANGUAGE, EDIT TITLE, and FACTORY DEFAULT of the dome camera.
