OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
I f yo u p u r c hased the prod uc t in the U .S., deliver the prod uc t , at yo u r e xp ense , to any NuP ri m e
S ervi c e Center lo c ated in the U .S. I f yo u p u r c hased the prod uc t o u tside o f the U .S., deliver the
p rod uc t to an y NuP ri m e Au thori z ed I mp orter in the c o u ntry where yo u p u r c hased the prod uc t .
B e aware , ho w e v er , that not all co u ntries have NuP ri m e Au thori z ed Servi c e Providers (‘ NA SP’)
and not all A u thori z ed S ervi c e Providers o u tside the c o u ntry o f p u r c hase have all parts or
replace m ent u nits f or the prod uc t . I f the prod uc t cannot be repaired or replaced in the c o u ntry it
is in , it m ay need to be sent to a different c o u ntry or ret u rned to the c o u ntry o f p u r c hase at yo u r

enable yo u to servi c e or e xc hange yo u r o w n prod u ct ( “ DI Y Servi c e ”). Upon re c eipt o f the
