NuPrime’s Limited Warranty and Limitation of Liabilities
ADDITIONAL RIGHTS
For consumers, who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of
purchase or, if different, their country of residence, the benefits conferred by this warranty are in
addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations.
This warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend any rights of consumers arising out of
nonconformity with a sales contract. Some countries, states and provinces do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations on how long an
implied warranty or condition may last, so the limitations or exclusions described below may not
apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that
vary by country, state or province. This limited warranty is governed by and construed under the
laws of the country in which the product purchase took place.
LIMITED WARRANTY
F or a period o f O N E (1) Y E A R f ro m the date o f retail p u r c hase by the original end- u ser p u r c haser
( “ Warranty P eriod ”), NuP ri m e warrants (in) this prod uc t against defe c ts in m aterials and
w ork m anship , and (ii) that each Prod uc t , u n m odified and u nder nor m al u se and c onditions , will
s u bstantially co m ply with NuP ri m e’ applicable w ritten te c hni c al do cum entation f or the P rod uc t .
NuP ri m e reser v es the right to m ake s u bstitutions and m odifications f ro m ti m e to ti m e in the
s p ecifications o f Prod uc ts sold by NuP ri m e , provided that s uc h s u bstit u tions or m odifications do
not m aterially affe c t o v erall Prod uc t per f or m an c e .
I f a hard w are de f e c t e x ists and a valid c lai m is received within the Warranty Period , at its o p tion
and to the e x tent per m itted by law , NuP ri m e will (1) repair the hardware de f e c t at no c harge ,
u sing new or re fu rbished replace m ent parts , (2) e xc hange the p rod u ct with a prod uc t that is new
or which has been man uf act u red f ro m new or servi c eable u sed parts and is at least fu n c tionally
e qu ivalent to the original prod uc t , or ( 3 ) re fu nd the p u r c hase price o f the p rod uc t . NuP ri m e m ay
re q uest that yo u replace de f e c tive parts with u ser-installable new or re fu rbished parts that
