CARING FOR YOUR DEVICE
CLEANING
Use a slightly damp, soft, lint-free cloth with water or rubbing alcohol to clean
your device and treatment attachment after every treatment. Do not immerse
device or treatment attachment in water at any time.
CHARGING YOUR DEVICE
Place your Trinity device on the charging cradle when not in use. When placed
correctly, you will hear an ascending beep and the blue lights will increasingly
illuminate to indicate that your device is charging. A fully-charged device should
last for approximately 1-2 weeks of use based on daily usage of 20-minutes,
depending on specific treatment attachment usage.
BATTERY CARE
The Trinity device is designed to remain in the charging cradle after each use.
If the battery power is drained completely, a full charge cycle of 12 hours is
recommended before use.
WARNING:
• This product contains NiMH/Li-Ion batteries and should be recycled or
disposed of per state and local guidelines.
• Do not dispose of this product, which contains NiMH/Li-Ion batteries, in fire.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If your Trinity device is not turning on, please make sure all of the following
are true:
• The Trinity device is completely secured to the attachment and fits snugly.
Make sure to firmly press the attachment release button on the back of the
device when attaching and detaching the treatment attachment.
• The Trinity device battery is fully charged. If not, please charge your device for
a full 12 hours.
• The gold connector board (as pictured) is clean.
Avoid getting any gel or other substance on the
connector board. Should the connector board get
dirty, use a cotton swab (not a cotton ball) with
isopropyl alcohol to clean the face of the connector
board. Wipe dry, and then air dry for 1 hour before
use. DO NOT use water or any other cleaning solution
on the connector board.
