If changing terminal models or
having the terminal repaired, data
created by the customer, loaded
data, or downloaded data may be
changed or lost. DOCOMO assumes
no responsibility whatsoever for loss
or change incurred to the data.
DOCOMO shall not compensate the
customer for packet communication
charges arising from redownloading
of data. In addition, as we may
require, we may replace your terminal
with a substitute to so as to repair
the terminal, however, with a portion
of the data excepted, this data
cannot be transferred to the
replacement terminal.
