OPERATION MANUAL
Please read this operation manual carefully before use and file for future reference.
The EU directive 93/42/EEC was applied in the design and production of this medical device.
CAUTION
• Always consider safety of the patient first, and do not abuse.
• Dental clinical use only by the qualified personal.
• Do not disassemble the handpiece except for the referred to herein, nor alter.
• Do not impact on the handpiece, nor drop onto hard surface.
• Always watch for vibration, sound, temperature rise, bur wobble, and other
abnormalities.
• When it is found abnormal during use, stop immediately. Do not use, and report to
the dealer that was purchased from.
• Torque limiter function works only in the normal rotating direction. Such works as
to remove frozen screws by turning in the reverse rotation could not activate this
function, but damage the internal component parts.
• Always prepare another handpiece for a case of emergency need.
• Disconnect the handpiece after the driver unit is in complete stop.
• Always use after being autoclaved.
• In case blood or contaminants entered the head, immediately remove the head
cartridge and the transmission gear. Clean and lubricate them. Assemble
carefully.
• Do not wipe with, or clean or immerse in, high acid water or sterilizing solutions.
Swing open the latch plate. Insert the latch bur in place, making sure that the head
of the bur engages with the "D" hole in the bur tube.
Return the latch plate to the original position.
The latch plate engages with the groove in the bur.
Internal or external irrigation nozzles can be
mounted on the handpiece head as shown on
Fig.1 and 2.
Both external and internal irrigation nozzle can be
mounted as shown in Fig.3 to direct saline solution
from two place.

CAUTION
• After the bur is locked in place, lightly pull out the bur to make sure the bur is
locked.
• Make sure that the rotation is completely stopped to disengage the latch
mechanism.
