Turn the dose button

until it stops.

•

Check the dose counter:
– If it shows “60”:

60 units or more

are left in the cartridge.

– If it shows less than “60”:

It is showing the number of

units left

in the cartridge.

•

Turn the dose button back until the dose counter shows “0”.

If you need more insulin than the units left in the cartridge, you
can split your dose between two cartridges,

see page 23.

How to check how much insulin is left

The

insulin scale

shows you

approximately

how much insulin is

left in the insulin cartridge.
