4.4.9  Deleting Incidents

To delete an Incident:

1

Click Incident tab. Click Incidents > Display Incident View Manager, or click Display Incident 
View button on the Tool Bar. The Incident View window displays.

Right-click the incident you want to delete and select Delete.

A confirmation Message displays. Select Yes.

4.5  Switch between existing Incident Views

To switch between Incident views:

1

Click the down-arrow on the Switch View button on the bottom right corner of the screen 
which displays a list of existing views.

Select a view.
