Mittels der Tischklemme (Abb. 1; S. 6) die Maschine am Tisch befestigen. Die Kurbel am Antrieb der
glatten Walze einführen. Beim ersten Gebrauch ein wenig Teig durchlaufen lassen und dann diesen
wegwerfen.
