5. Drill two holes according to the mark for each bracket. The diameter of the drill head should be
0.55 inch (14mm). The hole must be longer than the bolt. With the help of hammer, insert the setscrew into the
drilled hole except the end part with nut. Fix the bracket to the wall and tighten the nut.
Installation of Awning
2 adults are needed to handle this operation. With help, lift awning to the brackets on wall and slip torsion bar into
brackets as shown in the following Fig..If torsion bar can not be easily slipped into the bracket, lift the front profile
slightly. If it still does not work, loosen nuts (7) on the bracket to align the torsion bar with bracket. Finally,
tighten all bolts securely.
