Assembly of Wheels
1.
Slide one #4 Flat Washer onto Axle Bolt (F) and insert Axle Bolt (F) into Wheel (G).
2.
Put on one #4 Flat Washer. Insert Axle Bolt (F) with Wheel (G) into Base Support (I).
3.
Add a second #4 Flat Washer, a #5 Spring Washer, and then a #6
Nut Cap. Use Wrench (H) to tighten the #6 Nut Cap.
4.
Repeat steps to attach second Wheel (G) onto the other side of the Base Support (I).
