When to use 200 kHz

The 200 kHz frequency is best for seeing deep
bottoms, showing detail and reducing noise.

When to use 83 kHz

The 83 kHz frequency is has a wider beam –good for
locating features that can be examined in detail
at 200kHz.

Auto frequency

This shows 200kHz detail on screen, but uses
83kHz beam for locating fish further from boat.
