Component Identification

1. Inlet Filter:

Filter that will prevent particles and debris from entering the pump.

Clean regularly.

2. On/Off Switch:

Toggle switches that will power or shut down unit.

3. High Pressure Outlet:

Connect your high pressure hose.

4. Trigger:

Actuate to allow pressurized water to flow out of spray gun.

5. Unloader:

Pressure Adjustment valve that regulates pressure and directs flow into bypass when

trigger is closed.

6. Motor:

Motor provides years of reliable use and powers the pump.

7. Pump:

A device that moves fluid through a combination of suction and displacement.

8. Spray Gun:

Always use two hands for safe operation.

9. Chemical Strainer:

Must be fully submerged in cleaning chemical to draw fluid.

10. Chemical Hose:

Submerge in cleaning solution.

11. Pressure Hose:

Attach to gun and water outlet.

12. Hose and Gun Bracket:

Attaches on another surface suitable for storing the pressure hose.

13.

Chemical Injector:

Inject chemicals into a system at the required pressure for the system

14. Total Start / Stop Switch:

Automatically shuts motor off when not spraying
