Assembly instructions
• Plan the placement of all the fittings and cables before beginning installation.
• Position the control unit, transformer and cables in such a way that no-one will trip over
the cables.
• Ensure that the twilight switch is installed at a distance from the lights to make sure that it
functions properly.
• Make sure that all the cables are protected and that there is no risk of them being crushed
or damaged in any way.
• Fasten the cables with cable clips so that they are not lying directly on the ground.
Wiring diagram
1. Connect the LED lights, control unit, twilight
switch and mains adapter temporarily together
and place them in the desired position. Make
sure that the cable lengths between the units
are long enough and that mains adapter can be
plugged into an appropriate 230 V wall socket.
2. Drill the mounting holes for the lights with
a 22 mm diameter drill/hole saw. The lights
need a mounting depth clearance of at least
35 mm for the cables.
3. Drill a 16 mm diameter mounting hole for
the twilight switch.
4. Disconnect the units, feed the cables through
the holes and push in the lights and the twilight
switch.
5. Connect the units together and screw the nuts
into place so that the fittings are tight.
6. Install the protective cover on the last light in
the chain.
7. Plug the mains adapter into a power socket.
Control unit
Press the button on the control unit repeatedly to
change the light intensity.
