1. Smart Lap is Running, Cycling, Swimming or Jogging of settings
mode, and then choose “by Distance” or “Manual”.
2. By Distance: Mark laps based on a defined by your setting, such
as kilometer or mile.
In time mode, press “Up” or “Down” to enter the pedometer, Jogging
distance, KCAL and bluetooth interface, and press “OK” to enter
the specific setting item.
Pedometer
1. In the time interface, press the “Up” or “Down” button select to
pedometer interface by pressing to view the current number of steps.
2. Press “OK” to enter the Target steps setting interface.
3. Press “Up” or “Down” to add or subtract values, and press “OK”to
select.
4. Press the “LAP” key to return to the previous layer.
Note: after startup, pedometer in various modes are open, pedometer
can step into the meter functions, and after a day zero automatically
clear data, also can enter the relevant Settings will be reset.
Jogging distance
1. In the time interface, press the “Up” or “Down” key to select the
Jogging distance interface, and you can check the current distance
value.
KCAL
1. Press “Up” or “Down” button to select the KCAL interface in the
time interface to view the current calorie count.
