interface.“Up” or “Down” switch to “Edit” and press “OK” to enter the
time.Set the interface, press “OK” to select the value, press “Up” or
“Down” to add or subtract value.
2. Click “Up”or“Down”to switch Settings (distance/calorie) and press
“OK”.Select values to add or subtract values from the top page or the
next page.
3. Press “LAP” button to return to the mode interface twice.
