Configuring the Remote Gateway 9150 unit

Trunk support

Choose

56K

if you know that your Remote Gateway 9150

unit is in a PSTN network that can only transport at 56
Kbps.
Choose

64K

if you know that your Remote Gateway 9150

unit is in a PSTN network that can only transport at 64
Kbps.
Choose

Dynamic

if you know that your Remote Gateway

9150 unit is in a PSTN network that supports speeds that
vary from 64 Kbps to 56 Kbps. The Remote Gateway 9100
Series system dynamically adapts and downgrades a call to
56 Kbps if 64 Kbps is not available.

Note:

You must configure the same BRI speed (such as

56K, 64K, or dynamic) on both the RLC and the Remote
Gateway 9150 unit.

The default is 64K.
