User Qualifications
Equipment owners are responsible for ensuring that users:
receive safety training appropriate to their job function as directed by
governing regulations and best industry practices
are familiar with the equipment owner's safety and accident
prevention policies and procedures
receive equipment‐ and task‐specific training from another qualified
individual
