Operation
WARNING: Allow only qualified personnel to perform the
following tasks. Observe and follow the safety instructions in
this document and all other related documentation.
Turn on the electrical and air supplies. This may occur automatically
when the booth is turned on.
If the unit connects to a Nordson Level Control System an alarm tells you
when the unit is blocked or empty of powder.
1. Disconnect the air supply.
2. Disconnect the power supply at base of unit.
3. Disconnect the Transfer hose(s).
4. Wheel the Bulk Feeder over to the new keg/drum and by pulling on
the locking mechanism lift the handle until the existing keg/drum is
placed on the floor.
5. Remove the syphon tube(s) complete with the pump(s) from the
guides in the lid.
6. Release the strap around the keg/drum, and remove.
7. Refit the new keg/drum in reverse.
